Devin Dickey is the founder of D-Brands Realty, he has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 obtaining his license from Kaplan Professional Schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been selling farms and ranches and residential homes ever since.
Devin was born and raised in Cheyenne Wells Colorado where he worked on the family farm and ranch with his dad and two brothers. This experience has equipped Devin with a wealth of knowledge on the area and land allowing him to be a reliable and cultured resource to the community. Devin has been a qualified buyer and seller of land and properties from a young age, giving him the ability to fully understand what it takes to buy, sell, and trade land.
Duane Daskam graduated in 1994 with an Associate's degree in Ag Business and immediately left to pursue his dreams of managing ranches. For the past 15 years, Duane, his wife Tonya, and their four children, have been blessed to have managed ranching and Ag operations around the Rocky Mountain region. Over these years Duane has found a passion for both the business of agriculture and improving natural resources and has also worked with agencies such as USDA, BLM, and US Forest Service to improve grazing systems and wildlife habitat on many thousands of acres. Along with ranching, Duane also learned farming of most common crops and irrigation practices. In 2009, Duane had the opportunity to move his family to Cheyenne County and manage 7-D Ranch, a registered and commercial angus cattle operation, for the Dickey family. This has worked very well, since in 2009 he received his real estate license from Real Estate Training Center located out of Denver, Colorado. With this license, Duane's goal was to be able to reach out and help more people realize their dreams of property ownership and to offer assistance with resource improvement services to land owners, over a broader area. The combination of farming and ranching along with the ability to provide real estate services is very exciting for him, as this has been a career goal he has maintained for a long time.
